Local Leadership Information

Matt Morris, Director: 
Matt Morris graduated from the College of Charleston in 2009 with a B.S. degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science.  During his collegiate career, he served three years as team captain, he was selected first-team all-conference and all-tournament team in the Southern Conference during 2009, and he finished his career eighth in school history in total points. Matt continued his career in soccer while working as a performance coach for Velocity Sports Performance from 2008-2009. Matt has served as a youth coach for South Carolina United Mount Pleasant for three years and is currently the head coach of the under- 11 boys’ team. Matt is an active member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with a National Diploma License. 

Matt strives to continue his passion for soccer through Soccer Shots by building a strong foundation for the children within the community.
