Richmond's Premier Youth Soccer Program!
Soccer Shots is a program offered to children 2-8 that meets once a week at daycare centers, schools, and parks throughout the city to introduce your child to soccer! Our Soccer Shots instructors are energetic and enthusiastic, are great teachers, and love working with children. We not only teach soccer skills, but also work on improving balance, coordination, and agility with the kids. Soccer Shots also uses the sessions to teach children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing and respect. Come join the fastest growing youth soccer program today!
Our innovative curriculum extends beyond physical activity and soccer skills to incorporate values like respect, sharing, teamwork, encouragement and cooperation in every soccer class. The enhancement of a child’s coordination, balance and agility is often seen immediately, but it is the building blocks being created for a life long love of sports that has the strongest impact.
In each 30-40 minute soccer class, we focus on having fun while guiding children through imaginative games that teach basic soccer skills. We use a professionally developed curriculum to teach skills in a way that is not only fun but is age appropriate.
Children benefit with increased psychomotor development through fun fitness activities. Soccer Shots encourages the development of active lifestyle habits at an early age.
We believe that children do best when they are having fun, that's why Soccer Shots' classes focus on fun, instead of competition. Our age appropriate curricula help kids ages 2-8 find success in their classes, regardless of their beginning skill level.

Global Goals was born out of a vision that the Soccer Shots franchise community could join together and provide opportunities for growth to disadvantaged children, through soccer, across the U.S. and around the world.
Global Goals and the U.S. Soccer Foundation
At Soccer Shots we believe that soccer is a powerful vehicle
for positively impacting youth. In 2011, we became a proud partner with the U.S. Soccer Foundation.
The U.S. Soccer Foundation’s programs are designed to keep kids active and healthy. They guide children away from negative influences by providing them with safe and healthy places to play after school – the most dangerous hours of the day. Players receive attention and support from caring mentors and coaches who work to ensure that they develop into healthy and successful young adults. The Foundation is working to build safe playing fields and bring the Soccer For Success model to economically disadvantaged communities nationwide. Through our partnership, we aim to raise funds and awareness for children who live in these underserved communities throughout the U.S. so that they have convenient and affordable access to quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development.
