Coach Kay

Coach Kay

Kay was born in Columbia, South Carolina and currently lives in Owings Mills, Maryland with her two dogs, Zeus and Jewel. Kay is currently pursuing her degree to be a Registered Nurse. Kay’s favorite color is purple and her favorite snack is Goldfish. Some of Kay’s favorite hobbies include knitting, swimming and taking her dogs on walks! Her favorite television show is The Office and her favorite book to read is The Bible. If Kay could pick her favorite vacation spot it would be Puerto Rico. What Kay is looking forward to most about coaching for Soccer Shots is helping kids develop a love for playing soccer.

Coach Loren

Coach Loren

Loren was born in Annapolis, Maryland and she currently lives in Linthicum, Maryland. She is working towards her degree at Notre Dame of Maryland with a focus in elementary education, so she can become a teacher! Loren has two brothers and a sister. Her favorite snack is Gold Fish and her favorite color is blue! Loren loves going to the beach. Loren’s hobbies include playing soccer or lacrosse, baking and spending time with her friends and family. Loren’s favorite television show is Friends and she loves the Harry Potter movie series. The Giver by Lois Lowry is Loren’s favorite book to read. What Loren is looking forward to most about Soccer Shots is being able to work with kids and having the opportunity to teach them the skills of her favorite sport!

Coach Shelby

Coach Shelby

Shelby was born in Akron, Ohio and she currently lives in Odenton, Maryland with her fiancé Donte. She graduated from Malone University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education. Her favorite snack is watermelon and her favorite color is purple. Shelby’s favorite place is Disney and her favorite hobby is playing video games. Shelby’s favorite movie is How is Moving Castle and her favorite book is Alice in Wonderland. What Shelby is looking forward to most about working with Soccer Shots is building relationships with families and kids.

Coach Carmelo

Coach Carmelo

Carmelo was born in a Venezuela and moved to the states in the year 2000. Carmelo played DIII soccer in Boston for Suffolk University before moving to Miami. In 2017 him and his family moved to Maryland and currently are residing here. His daughter was born one year ago! What Carmelo enjoys the most about Soccer Shots is the opportunity that it gives him to share his passion for soccer with the kids!
