Originally from Amarillo, Texas. Teddy Hagen grew up playing club and high school soccer in North Texas Soccer Leagues. He moved to Colorado in 2007 to play soccer for Colorado Christian University and earn his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After college, Teddy combined his passion for working with children and soccer by coaching with the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club. At the club, he became their youth Program Director before deciding to move back to Texas in the summer of 2017 to be closer to family. Once in Dallas, he knew he wanted to continue coaching young players and Soccer Shots was the perfect fit for him! Teddy holds his National Youth Soccer License and United States Soccer Federation D License. Teddy is married to Shayna who is a Dallas Native.
Originally born in Los Angeles, California, Michael moved to Dallas when he was 2. He spent the majority of his childhood glued to a soccer ball, starting at the age of 4 and playing all through High School. He also played recreational soccer in college at Midwestern State University where he studied radiology and business. Michael is currently involved in the Children’s ministry at his Church and still plays soccer on a weekly basis. In his spare time Michael serves and devotes his time to family and friends and looks forward every week to coaching Soccer Shots and impacting lives beyond the game of soccer!
Born in Grand Prairie, TX and raised in Laredo TX, Aron Villegas grew up playing club soccer with the Laredo Heat as well as playing varsity soccer for United High School. While in High School, he was able to play with the Laredo Heat semi-pro reserve team. Aron attended Texas A&M International University in 2015 before transferring to the University of Texas at Arlington where he is currently majoring in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. Aron has worked in a leadership role at Under Armour and as a Lifeguard, where he is trained and certified in CPR. He is thrilled to be a part of the Central Dallas family as our scope of work directly correlates with his field of studies and his passion for the game of soccer.
Originally from New York City, Felix grew up playing soccer in Queens, New York. He played club soccer throughout his youth as well as in High School and College. After college Felix played in several highly competitive adult leagues including one of New York’s top leagues: The Cosmopolitan Soccer League. At the age of 21 Felix got involved in coaching, starting as an Assistant Coach at Riverdale Country School. He then moved on to coach for six years at Manhattan Soccer Club, the North Eastern Region and New York’s top youth soccer club. He was also brought on as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at the Collegiate School for 3 years. Alongside coaching competitive soccer, Felix also worked eight years as a coach for Soccer Friends USA in Queens, NY; a similar enrichment program as Soccer Shots. Before re-locating to Dallas, TX, Felix coached a new and rapidly growing soccer club in Queen called Queens United SC. He looks forward to contributing to the growth of Soccer Shots Central Dallas with his extensive knowledge and experience in youth soccer. He can’t wait to help spread his passion and love for the game of soccer to the children of DFW! Felix currently holds Coaches United Youth and Regional diplomas (formerly known as the NSCAA).
Born and raised in France, Logan moved to the United States in 2001 and graduated from Texas A&M University where he earned his degree in business and foreign language. Although basketball was his primary passion, playing semi-professional basketball in France; soccer was always a big part of his life, being the number one sport played in France. Logan developed a passion for impacting our youth while working at Pine Cove Camps in Tyler, TX throughout college and later being involved with Young Life as well as his church’s children’s ministry. When Logan heard about Soccer Shots, he immediately knew he wanted to be a part of this organization and combine his passion for sports and kids. Logan is married to Abby, a Dallas native. They have two girls, Stella Rose and Chloé Grace and finally a boy! Named Andrew Moose.
