Eileen Danielski, Regional Director
Eileen’s love of soccer began the moment she stepped foot on the pitch at 6 years’ old! She was a 4-year Varsity Soccer, Basketball and Track & Field Athlete at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT. Eileen followed her passion for sports and health & wellness at The George Washington University where she earned her BS in Exercise Science. After college, she worked with Federal Occupational Health for 10 years, overseeing federal government fitness centers at locations including The House of Representatives, Senate, Peace Corps, The Department of Health and Human Services and The Department of Defense. Eileen has also worked with the Department of State’s SportsUnited program, leading exercise programs for Youth Sports Groups visiting the US from underdeveloped countries.
Camilo Beltran, Executive Director
Camilo is a former Maryland regional and state champion soccer player from Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. Camilo also grew up playing for the Bethesda Soccer Club where he won multiple championships and accolades. Camilo attended University of Maryland College Park where he majored in finance with a minor in marketing and Spanish business culture. Camilo has been coaching youth soccer in Northern Virginia for more than six years. His positions have included the Potomac School in Mclean, the Great Falls High Performance Academy, and NCSL and WAGS travel teams for the Reston Soccer Association. Camilo holds a USSF D License.
Natalee Rombough, Program Coordinator
Growing up a military child and moving often, Natalee finds difficulty in claiming a hometown but considers Northern Virginia to be her longest standing stomping ground. Natalee joins the Soccer Shots team after graduating from Longwood University with a degree in Communication Studies and a brief work as the Director/Producer of the Big South broadcasting team. Natalee’s experience with soccer, and sports in general, has started and since continued being a family experience; her first soccer coach was her dad, her first softball coach was her mom, and her first cheerleading coach was her aunt. Natalee loves that sports promote a family friendly environment and that’s one of her favorite things about working with Soccer Shots.
Chris Isaacs, Assistant Program Coordinator
Chris has been a part of the sport of soccer since the age of three. Chris is from Prince George’s County in Maryland and graduated from St. Vincent Pallotti High School. He studied at Towson University and UMUC and has continued playing soccer throughout the years. In 2009 he went to Nationals with his Howard Community College soccer team. Chris also has a background in as a physical therapist tech after suffering an unfortunate knee injury. Chris really believes in the way that Soccer Shots strives to teach children character development skills while having fun and playing soccer. Anything involved with soccer makes Chris very happy!

The History of Soccer Shots
Our founding partners, Jeremy Sorzano and Jason Webb, were soccer teammates both in college and professionally. They formed Soccer Shots® in 1998 after recognizing a lack of quality soccer programs for children under age 8. They shared an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep love of soccer, and a passion to inspire children to live fit and healthy lives.
The success of Soccer Shots in Charlotte, NC and Harrisburg, PA, where Sorzano and Webb first launched their businesses, led to several of their friends and former teammates wanting to get involved. In 2005, Soccer Shots began franchising and opened its first four franchises in OH, DE, FL, and PA. The business opportunity began to attract more soccer entrepreneurs, and Soccer Shots has enjoyed growing around the country and into Canada.
In May of 2009, Justin Bredeman, another former college soccer teammate, became the third Soccer Shots partner. Justin brought with him eight years of experience from Auntie Anne’s, Inc., a pretzel franchising company, where he led a team that supported nearly 800 franchise units. His deep understanding of the franchise business model also comes from the knowledge gained from his five years of owning and running a Soccer Shots business of his own.
In August of 2009, the Soccer Shots partners founded the Soccer Shots Foundation, the non-profit arm of Soccer Shots. The Soccer Shots Foundation provides opportunities to economically challenged children within the U.S. and around the world through the game of soccer.
From its humble beginnings, Soccer Shots has grown beyond Jeremy and Jason’s biggest dreams, with over 180 territories across 37 states and Canada. In 2016, more than 335,000 children participated in Soccer Shots.
The business is consistently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise in the U.S. And today, Soccer Shots is positioned as the best-in-class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development.
And while the accolades are appreciated, our mission remains focused – positively impacting children’s lives.
