Nicole

Nicole has loved playing soccer since the age of 6 and is a huge fan of the outdoors and hiking. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Communications and aspires to be a teacher in the future. She enjoys connecting with young children and strongly believes in Soccer Shots’ curriculum that focuses on character development and having fun! Nicole loves that Soccer Shots inspires a love for soccer and exercise through a warm and welcoming environment.
Tyler
Coach
Tyler is currently attending Douglas college; studying kinesiology and looking forward to being a physiotherapist in the near future. Tyler is not only fluent in English, but fluent in sign language! Tyler spends a lot of time curling, running, and doing outdoor activities. Tylers favourite thing about Soccer Shots is working with our little soccer stars and knowing that he can influence their passion for the game and putting a smile on their face.
Alexandra
Coach
Alexandra has been playing soccer since she was 5 years old and still continues to play in women’s division. Alexandra has grown to love the dedication, healthy lifestyle and commitment that’s involved in sports; specifically in soccer. In addition, Alexandra loves working with kids. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and helping children as it has given her a great sense of pride. To Alexandra, Soccer Shots offers the best environment for her to teach and help children. Her favourite part about Soccer Shots is observing the excitement of the children when they know its Soccer Shots time.
Niki
Coach
Niki has been involved in team sports since she can remember; playing soccer and field hockey until her late teens. Niki was most recently a varsity field hockey athlete at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Having recently finished her undergraduate education and tenure as a varsity athlete, Niki is now beginning the PDP program at UBC to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. Niki loves Soccer Shots due to its age-appropriate curriculum and positive environment. She believes this is the best environment for young children to gain confidence and have fun with their friends.

Brittney
Coach
Having previously worked with the Soccer Shots Fraser Valley franchise, Brittney joins Soccer Shots Metro Vancouver with immense experience and passion for our program. A recent graduate of the University of Fraser Valley’s soccer team, Brittney loves the sport of soccer. Brittney spends much of her time dedicated to coaching youth soccer as she believes children sport is essential to child development. Brittney loves Soccer Shots as it provides further opportunity to communities she played and grew up in to learn and love the sport of soccer.
Melissa
Empower Lead Coach
Melissa is currently a full-time teacher with School District 43; specifically working with children diagnosed with various exceptionalities. In addition, before becoming an educator, Melissa accumulated years of experience as a Behaviour Interventionist. These experiences, coupled with her numerous coaching and playing accolades throughout her soccer career, has led Melissa to her most recent passion of providing all children the opportunity to learn and play soccer. Melissa looks forward to empowering children with the tools to gain confidence, build characters and love the sport of soccer.
Brittany
Coach
Brittany is currently attending the University of Fraser Valley studying kinesiology, hoping to become a physiotherapist one day. She has been playing soccer since she was 4 years old and currently plays for the University of Fraser Valley women’s team. Brittany enjoys being a coach at soccer shots because she loves the fact that she gets to impact children’s lives by not only teaching them her favourite sport, but also developing character.
