Meet The Coaches

We are proud to have the best coaches in youth soccer.

Tyler

Tyler

Coach

Tyler is currently attending Douglas college; studying kinesiology and looking forward to being a physiotherapist in the near future. Tyler is not only fluent in English, but fluent in sign language! Tyler spends a lot of time curling, running, and doing outdoor activities. Tylers favourite thing about Soccer Shots is working with our little soccer stars and knowing that he can influence their passion for the game and putting a smile on their face.

Alexandra

Alexandra

Coach

Alexandra has been playing soccer since she was 5 years old and still continues to play in women’s division. Alexandra has grown to love the dedication, healthy lifestyle and commitment that’s involved in sports; specifically in soccer. In addition, Alexandra loves working with kids. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and helping children as it has given her a great sense of pride. To Alexandra, Soccer Shots offers the best environment for her to teach and help children. Her favourite part about Soccer Shots is observing the excitement of the children when they know its Soccer Shots time.

Amanda

Amanda

Coach

Amanda loves to be active; she has participated in track and field and has been playing soccer since she was 9 years old. Amanda currently plays Women’s Premier League and has most recently committed to play on the SFU women’s soccer team. At SFU, Amanda plans to study sciences. Being a coach at Soccer Shots, Amanda has had the chance to encourage young kids to get outside and be active. Amanda truly enjoys Soccer Shots as she believes it teaches young and enthusiastic children the skills of soccer through fun activities that also emphasize character development.

Olivia

Olivia

Coach

Olivia is a recently graduate of Simon Fraser University in the health sciences stream with current aspirations to work in the health care system. Since she can remember, Olivia has played soccer. Thus, Olivia enjoys playing soccer in both recreational and competitive environments while also coaching the next generation. Olivia loves soccer shots due to its emphasis on character development; ensuring each child learns more than just soccer skills.

Brittany

Brittany

Coach

Brittany is currently attending the University of Fraser Valley studying kinesiology, hoping to become a physiotherapist one day. She has been playing soccer since she was 4 years old and currently plays for the University of Fraser Valley women’s team. Brittany enjoys being a coach at soccer shots because she loves the fact that she gets to impact children’s lives by not only teaching them her favourite sport, but also developing character.
