Call me Coach Alex, from Lanham, Maryland. I like to power down watching my favorite show Dragon Ball Z and I power up with chicken and PBJ, not at the same time but they are both great. I am teaching soccer to your little ones but still got some learning to do studying Kinesiology and Human Development at University of Maryland College Park. The smiles on all the kids faces pushes me to inspire, motivate, encourage and be a supportive voice for them. My number one color is blue.
Jonathan is from Gaithersburg, Maryland. He lives with his Mom, Dad, and siblings. Jonathan attended University of Baltimore College and majored in Biology. His favorite food is fried chicken and his favorite color is black. Jonathan’s will watch any TV show and he enjoys reading Everyone Poops. What Jonathan is most looking forward to with coaching for Soccer Shots is being able to motivate the kids to have fun while playing soccer.
I was born in Long Beach, California and grew up playing organized soccer from the age of 4 until I graduated high school as Captain of our team. I didn’t start watching soccer until high school (mostly because there weren’t many televised games in the US, and the internet was in it’s younger days), where some friends influenced me to become a supporter of FC Barcelona. Andres Iniesta quickly became my favorite player for his astounding skill on the ball, team play, and sporting attitude. At the University of California, Santa Barbara, where soccer was our biggest sport, I stayed close to the game by working as a referee for intramurals as I earned by BA in Psychology. I currently work in Montgomery County in the behavioral health field. My favorite food is Mexican food, which I am sure to get every time I visit California.
Hi! My name is Gabriel and I am from Brazil. My hobbies are playing soccer, traveling and watching movies. I am currently enrolled to a college starting in the fall and I am going to study Business Management. I really love playing soccer! I played for some of the teams in my city in Brazil, but I couldn’t play for the professionals because of my age. Coaching soccer is a great opportunity to pass along my experience and have fun with the kids!
