Jack Bouchard

Jack Bouchard, Training Coordinator

Jack has always had an affinity for soccer and looks forward to teaching kids about his favorite sport. While at Fordham University, Jack did clinics for South Bronx United, as well as his high school in upstate New York.

During his playing career, Jack participated in soccer throughout the Northeast, Florida, North Carolina, California, and England amongst other places. He was part of the Fordham team that won the Atlantic 10 Conference in 2011.

Will Valderrama

Will Valderrama

Director of Coaching

Originally from Colombia, Will has been playing soccer from a very young age. He spent most of youth years playing for Americas United Soccer Club (Elizabeth, NJ), and was named Second team all state, as well as first team all county honors as a senior for Hasbrouck Heights High School, in addition to The Bergen Record – Athlete of the Week award.

Will has been coaching since 2014, at New Jersey’s premier level, where he coached various age groups for NJ HEAT FC/ Cedar Stars Academy – Bergen West.

Will enjoys passing his knowledge, and passion of the beautiful game, by instilling Core Values, and having each player fall in love with the game. Will can be found at his goofiest when playing sharks and minnows.

Briana Zagami

Briana Zagami

Soccer has always been a huge part of Briana’s life. She played soccer at Dickinson College and continues to play in NYC leagues. She is excited to have the opportunity to share her love of the sport and introduce soccer to the children of NYC. When not playing soccer she enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Jimmy Gante

Program Director

Soccer has always played a major role in Jimmy’s life.  Jimmy grew up playing soccer in York, Pa and went on to play at Washington and Jefferson College in Pittsburgh, Pa as a four-year starter and two-year captain.

Jimmy was surrounded by great coaches growing up and is excited to be able to return the favor to the children of New York City! He loves working with kids and is focused on developing character, fine motor skills, and having fun!

Jimmy Taylor

Jimmy Taylor

Jimmy grew up playing soccer in Charlottesville, Virginia. Although he transitioned to track and cross country late in his high school and continued to run in college, he continued to follow his childhood dream of dominating the intramural soccer pitches at Oberlin College.

Jimmy has a passion for mentoring children and currently coaches middle school track and field and tutors in addition to his work at soccer shots. As a runner, Jimmy was an all-conference performer in the North Coast Athletic Conference, but every kid he coaches seems to be a little bit faster than him.

Sébastien Billaud

Sébastien Billaud

Seb has always spent most of his youth playing soccer and shared his passion with the kids through coaching.

During his career player, Seb played the national youth league with Professional team, Rennes, and then went to play for two other french soccer teams in 4th and 5th division, Lamballe and St Brieuc.

MiKayla Phillips

MiKayla Phillips

Soccer has been a part of MiKayla’s life since she began playing as a child. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring the sport that filled her childhood to others. Though she took a hiatus from the sport in college, other than recreational games, she looks forward to having it in her daily life again.

While playing, she participated in club and school teams. With these groups she traveled around Florida to play in tournaments and games. During her time in high school she helped develop a program that allowed elementary students to begin developing basic soccer skills, while giving them a chance to participate in games.

Allyson Giron

Allyson Giron

Allyson has gone from player to coach. Playing in many leagues in South Florida and High school JV and Varsity. Coaching was the next stepping stone. Allyson has experience coaching all ages. Moved up north to continue a passion for coaching kids, and showing them how awesome the sport is and helping them become amazing athletes.

Eduardo Mendez

Eduardo Mendez

After four years of honorable service in the United States Navy, Eduardo returned to his hometown of New York City to pursue a career in coaching.

Starting as a volunteer with the Brooklyn chapters of A.Y.S.O., he later joined the Brooklyn Italians coaching staff as a head coach. In the three years since, Eduardo helped build a curriculum for introductory soccer players through the club’s academy program, as well as coach competitive travel teams for boys and girls 6-18.
