WEATHER UPDATES:
Any updates regarding session cancelations due to weather are communicated via email and posted on our Facebook page. Please make sure you have [email protected] in your contact list.
CANCELATION POLICY:
- Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class.
- Refunds will not be issued for any unscheduled cancellation by site staff.
- Refunds will not be issued if beyond the midway point of a season (i.e. no refunds after the 5th completed session of a 10-week season).
- Refunds will not be issued if child is registered beyond the midway point of a season (i.e. registered after 5th completed session of a 10-week season).
- Refunds will not be issued for any school, site or field closure due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of god).
- Should Soccer Shots or a parent find it necessary to withdraw a child’s enrollment, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions (with the exception of the clauses mentioned above).
- Annual registration fee is non-refundable.
