Coach Emma is a transfer from our friends over at Soccer Shots Charlotte. Being a soccer player herself, Emma has found her passion and continues her five years of experience with the company in the Bay Area. She continues to play through the Albany Berkeley Soccer League. She is first aid and CPR certified and has been working with children for over ten years. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and taking her dog with her to as many places as possible.
Coach Ever was born in Pasadena, California. He started playing soccer as soon as he could walk. He grew up playing for LAFC and was lucky enough to play for U14s US National team and then went on to play for Chivas USA Academy team. He was able to attend Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga on a soccer scholarship and is now currently getting his MBA. Ever wants soccer to do for others what it did for him. He hopes his high energy and passion for the game will inspire kids in the Bay Area to pursue soccer the way he did.
Coach Gabe was born and raised in Los Angeles where he first developed his passion for soccer. He began playing competitively at a young age and now plays for the University of San Francisco’s Mens Soccer Club. He began coaching part-time in Los Angeles, but has since joined the Soccer Shots Team upon moving to the Bay Area. Gabe hopes to provide positive experiences on the soccer field as well as feed children’s interest in soccer, as he recalls his coaches did for him.
Coach Jaime was born and raised in Mexico. Competitive soccer has always been a part of his life. Coach Jaime plays for the Men’s soccer team at Contra Costa College and aspires to continue his soccer career beyond college. His love for the beautiful game has led him to Soccer Shots where he hopes to create an impact in their lives and create the same passion for the sport he has had since he was young. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has lived in the Bay Area since the age of five.
A Sacramento native, Jordan graduated from Dominican University of California with a Bachelors’ degree in sports communications. At Dominican he played NCAA soccer, as well as founded and coached the school’s club soccer team. Jordan is the coordinator of an esteemed summer day-camp in Sacramento. He has worked at after-school programs for the past few years, always bringing a fun and positive attitude with him. Currently, Jordan spends time playing basketball, soccer, and hiking across the Bay Area.
Jose was born in Texas but grew up in Portugal, having lived there most of his life. He played soccer in local academies at a competitive level and has not stopped ever since. As a globetrotter he also lived in Belgium and Denmark where he recently finished his M.A. in International Relations. He moved to the Bay Area in 2015 and his passion for soccer and working with children led him to Soccer Shots. Jose is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Born and raised in Mexico, Ken is fluent in Spanish and English. He played competitive soccer through high school, and continues to play recreationally. Ken discovered his passion for working with children during his first job at an after school center. Ever since, Ken has worked in after school programs, summer camps, and child care for many families. Currently, he studies early childhood education and enjoys being part of the Soccer Shots team.
Coach Zoe is from the San Diego area and is new to the Bay Area. She’s always had a great love for soccer and plans to follow that love into a management career after she gets her degree. As a nanny for over six years, Zoe is passionate about enriching children’s lives and is excited about doing this through Soccer Shots! When she’s not coaching, Zoe likes to keep up with her favorite soccer teams, spend time with family and friends, and go to the beach!
