Neil Oyston

Neil Oyston

Director/Owner

Originally from England, Neil moved to the USA in 2014 to pursue his American Dream of Coaching Soccer. During this time Neil has been a prevalent figure in the club world, previously working at San Clemente Surf in CA and as a Director of Coaching for Wenatchee FC in WA state.

Neil was also recognized as a member of the NSCAA 30 under 30 program in 2018 which recognizes 30 of the best upcoming coaches in the country. Neil now turns his attention to the 2-8 age group hoping to inspire the next generation of soccer players.

Neil has his NSCAA national and advanced diploma along with the Premier Diploma with Distinction. Neil also his USSF C license and his FA (uk) Level 2 soccer qualification. Neil also has his BA in Sports Marketing and PR degree from Leeds University in England.

Soccer shots allows coach Neil to pursue his business goals and ambitions but also allows him to carry on coaching the game he loves. Neil’s favourite quote is “He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right” showing that anything in this world is possible.

Coach Casey was born in WA state and has resideed here ever since. Soccer is Caseys passion and loves the sport. Coach Casey is a current Edmonds Community Soccer player.

In her free time, she enjoys  hiking, exploring the amazing Seattle Culture! One fun fact about Gaby is that her favourite animal is dolphins and loves being a dolphin on soccer island! At Soccer Shots, Casey is excited to pursue her Coaching goals and to be part of a team that is passionate about soccer, growth, and development. We are excited to have her!

Coach Ben grew up around soccer through out his life, from traveling with his  father to playing with various clubs across the west coach. Bens Dad who was a division 1 women’s soccer coach where he assisted on occasion. Bens playing experience ranges from ODP to  overseas in the Netherlands, and eventually  college ball at Whitman College.
Ben has worked with children in a variety of situations. Teaching religious school at the synagogue and as a tutor/clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Center working with children who had a variety of learning disabilities a neurological conditions.
I’m currently spending my time participating in activities that I am passionate about (i.e. soccer and medicine) through coaching and working at Harborview Hospital, until I start medical school next fall, where I hope to study pediatric neurology.

Hello!

My name is Jeremy Cook, I am 25 years old, and I’ve played soccer for most of my life. I’ve coached kids soccer in the past for a summer and fall league and I had an absolute blast with that, so I’m very excited to get back into coaching again. I also worked over a year at KinderCare, so I’m very comfortable and love working with all of the age groups of children. Im Looking forward to Coaching and passing on my love for soccer!
